ACCURATE TRAINING ASSOCIATES

NRA firearm training is provided by NRA Certified Instructors Bob Fauls, Roger and Sue Parry. Bob, Sue and Roger have taught for 11 years in a relaxed, informal atmosphere while keeping Safety the major objective. Classes are small and average 6 to 12 students with a lively mix of new and experienced shooters, male, female and couples. Classes are completed in one day and start at 8 AM. Classes are taught at Livingston Conservation & Sports Association, 5 miles North of Brighton, Michigan.

Instructor Backgrounds 

Bob is certified to teach Basic Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun,  Personal Protection (required class for Michigan Concealed Pistol License, CPL) Personal Protection Outside The Home, and Pistol, Rifle, Shotshell Reloading. In addition, Bob is a NRA Training Councilor who can train and certify instructors. Bob is also a NRA Chief Range Safety Officer.  

 Roger is certified to teach Basic Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun,  Personal Protection (required class for Michigan Concealed Pistol License, CPL), and Personal Protection Outside The Home. In addition, Roger is also a NRA Training Councilor who can train and certify instructors as well as a NRA Chief Range Safety Officer.  

Sue is certified to teach Basic Pistol and Personal Protection (required class for Michigan Concealed Pistol License, CPL ) In addition, Sue is an NRA Range Safety Officer.  

Instructor Profiles

Bob and Roger served in the Armed Forces, Bob in the US Army, Roger a US Marine. Both Bob and Roger are NRA Distinguished Pistol Experts.  Both have taken advanced classes in combat shooting and application of deadly force. Sue is a Certified Michigan Teacher and a lifelong hunter. Sue and Roger are also certified Hunter Safety Instructors.

Bob, Roger and Sue actively participate and compete in sanctioned firearm activities. Bob and Roger are International Defensive Pistol Association Range Officer Instructors, Sue an IDPA Range Officer. All three officiate in and compete in The Livingston Police Combat Pistol Shoot alongside Law Enforcement Officers from all departments within Livingston County including The Michigan State Police.
